Tastes of Shinshu to fill your heart with the seasons

You can enjoy seasonal vegetables from Shinshu and other ingredients that can only be found here, in Japanese or French cuisine.

Shinshu brand

Since time immemorial, Shinshu has been a thriving livestock producer. The prefectural beef, Shinshu Taro pork, and the locally raised chicken "Sanadamaru" are juicy and delicious.

Freshwater fish

Although an inland prefecture with no sea, it has an abundance of clear streams and lakes, and cultivation of Shinshu brand fish such as Shinshu salmon, rainbow trout, and shinano yukimasu is thriving. They are also delicious as sashimi!

Mushrooms

Nagano Prefecture is the largest producer of mushrooms in Japan! Due to its high elevation, many varieties of mushrooms are cultivated and grow wild. We also offer mushrooms that are rarely found in the market.

Nagano beef of outstanding quality, raised in a blessed natural environment, is prepared in shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, and toban-yaki (grilled on earthenware utensils).
Please enjoy the taste, aroma, and color of the many dishes that incorporate Shinshu.

This course allows you to enjoy three types of rare meat from Shinshu at once: Shinshu beef, Taro pork, and Sanadamaru (chicken). Please enjoy the comparison of the three meats grilled on a toban-yaki (grilled on earthenware utensils).

1F French Restaurant Lapis-Lazuli

A little bit of luxury in a cozy and relaxing space with blue and yellow tones, where the sun shines.
Enjoy dining in the retro atmosphere of the restaurant, which is decorated with fixtures used in the old house 100 years ago and "Frost glass" that was used from the late Taisho period to the early Showa period.
