Since time immemorial, Shinshu has been a thriving livestock producer. The prefectural beef, Shinshu Taro pork, and the locally raised chicken "Sanadamaru" are juicy and delicious.
Although an inland prefecture with no sea, it has an abundance of clear streams and lakes, and cultivation of Shinshu brand fish such as Shinshu salmon, rainbow trout, and shinano yukimasu is thriving. They are also delicious as sashimi!
Nagano Prefecture is the largest producer of mushrooms in Japan! Due to its high elevation, many varieties of mushrooms are cultivated and grow wild. We also offer mushrooms that are rarely found in the market.
The French restaurant "Lapis-Lazuli" on the 1F offers authentic French courses.

Nagano beef of outstanding quality, raised in a blessed natural environment, is prepared in shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, and toban-yaki (grilled on earthenware utensils).
